Eligibility Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Commerce, Science or equivalent streams with at least 50% marks from a recognized board/university. 10 + 2 with at least 50 % marks as well as

pass marks in each of
the four subjects.

Entrance Exams

  • Both have entrance examinations which contains multiple-choice questions that scrutinize the domain knowledge and the general aptitude of the aspirants.
  • The entrance examinations for both are conducted in the months of May and June every year.
  • The test timing will be 2 hrs.
  • Both examinations does not have descriptive questions.
  • There will be negative marking
  • The Entrance Test shall be bilingual (English and Hindi) wherever applicable.
  • For B.El.Ed :The Entrance test will be based on English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social science up to class 10th level. For  B.ed: The Entrance test will be based on various subjects including English, General Knowledge, Basic Arithmetic, General Aptitude, and a local language depending on the state.

Preparation of the B.ED and B.EL.ED courses

It is essential to prepare for entrance examination for both the courses which are providing various colleges. You need to prepare , clear your concepts and syllabus up to the tenth class and you should precisely concentrate on the following subjects:

Criteria for selecting commerce students

The commerce students can also appear in the entrance exam of both the courses. The students have to select one subject from the Accounts and Business studies for appearing in the exam. If you consider both the subjects, then the topic with higher marks gets preferred.
