On Wednesday 6th May 2020, Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department has announced the decision regarding 69000 pending Assistant Teacher recruitment (SUPER TET). Now, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered the officials for the recruitment of 69,000 primary teachers within a week.

The 69000 teacher recruitment process was stuck for the past one and a half years. Over 4 lakh candidates from UP were waiting for the verdict. Today the High Court has approved the 60/65% cutoff. The advertisement for the SUPER TET recruitment was released on December 01, 2018. The written exam for 69,000 Assistant Primary teachers’ recruitment was conducted on January 6, 2019. The official authority is all set to release the result in two weeks.

SUPER TET (UP Assistant) Teacher Cut OFF Highlights:
- The Judgement was passes in the favour of the UP Govt.
- The Cut off Marsk for Gen Category is 65% i.e. 97 marks out of 150 and for the reserved category is 60%. i.e. 90 marks out of 150
- The 69000 teachers recruitment shuould be completed within in a 3 month.
SUPER TET 2020 Final Selection Process:
The final selection process for the SUPER TET (UP assistant teacher) 2020 incorporates various parameters which include 10% marks of total percentage obtained in high school, intermediate, graduation & teacher training certificate each and 60% weightage of SUPER TET written exam.So that overall ut off will be made on the basis of Written exam + Academic Marks weightage.
