Steps to fill the Karnataka TET Application Form 2021

Follow the steps below to fill Karnataka TET application form 2021:

Step 1: Visit the official website, @schooleducation.kar.nic.in.

Step 2: eligible candidate fills the registration form online by entering the required details,

Step 3: Re-login with username and password. & Complete the applicaion form

Step 4: Fill in the rest of the required credentials and upload the scanned images in the prescribed format.

Step 5: After that pay the application fee to complete the application process. finally submit the form.

Karnataka TET 2021 Application Form

The online registration process for KARTET 2021 will be going to start in June 2021. All the eligible candidate can apply online through official website with their personal login ID and password. Th application Link will be active soon on website . Only candidates who to teach in Karnataka State can apply for KARTET 2021.

Karnataka TET 2021: Eligibility Criteria

KAR TET qualification for Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5) KAR TET qualification for Upper Primary Teachers (Class 6 to 8)
PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR
PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year or 4th year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR
Graduation with atleast 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

Graduation with atleast 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
OR
PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

KAR TET Age Limit: The lower age limit of the applicants should be 18 years, and the thier is no upper age limit will be around 35 to 40 years (relaxation in upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates).

KARTET Exam Pattern 2021

There will be two papers of KARTET.

  • Paper -I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
  • Paper- II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII
  • Total Marks : 150 (For Each Paper)
  • Total Question:150 (For Each Paper)
  • Total Time : 2 hr 30 min(For Each Paper)
  • Negative Marking : No
  • Medium of question paper: English, Kannada, Urdu, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi.

Karnataka TET Syllabus

Karnataka TET 2021: Qualifying Marks

The candidates belonging to General should secure a minimum of 60% to be eligible. The candidates belonging to reserved category should secure a minimum of 55% to be eligible.

KARTET 2021 Certificate :

The candidates who appear for KARTET and obtain the minimum qualifying marks as prescribed in the notification will be issued an Electronic Marks Statement.

Validity Of Karnataka TET

The Validity of KARTET qualifying certificate will be for seven years from the date of declaration of its results.
