Education Department of  Karnataka has released the notification for the new examination date of KARTET 2020 exam which will be going to held on 4 Oct 2020. All the candidates can check their details on their official website. Education Department has also active the link for change of exam centre which will be nearby for candidates. The new exam centre and change of exam centre has been active due to COVID-19 situation. Candidate can change their exam centre till 2 Oct 2020. Validity Of Karnataka TET

The Validity of KARTET 2020 qualifying certificate will be for seven years from the date of declaration of its results.

Qualifying Marks

  • A person who scores 60% or more in the KAR-TET examination will be considered ‘KAR-TET passed’ or ‘KAR-TET qualified’. This will be the qualifying marks for all categories
  • For General:60 %  or passing marks- 90
  • For OBC/SC/ST : 55% passing marks- 82
  • Negative Marks: There shall be no negative marks for the KAR-TET 2020
