CTET Exam Analysis
CTET admit card 2020-21 has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on January 13. The New CTET exam date 2020 is 31st January 2021. As of now, the CTET Exam to be conducted in 2 shifts in 135 cities of India where lakhs of candidates will appear. To maintain the social distancing & safety measure, The ctet exam will be now conducted in 135 cities across all over the nation.
The CTET Admit Card Link for the 2020 July Exam is active now. All candidates are advised to visit the CTET website i.e. www.ctet.nic.in for any updation about the next date of CTET Exam.Over 22 lakh candidates were to appear for the CTET 2020 July exam that was scheduled to be held on 31st January 2021. Candidates can download their admit card by logging into their registered accounts using application number and date of birth.

What Is CTET Full Form?
CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test. CTET is a national level exam which is conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) twice a year for the aspirants who want to secure their teaching job in govt. schools. Undoubtedly, being a teacher requires a lot of dedication and effort as well. If you want to teach in government schools then CTET is for you.

CTET 2021 EXAM NOTIFICATION:
According to National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for class I to VIII is to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) which will be conducted by the appropriate Government every Year. It is a mandatory qualification for teachers. CTET Exam 2020 is a central level exam that is conducted by CBSE.
There will be always two papers:
- Paper-I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
- Paper-II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.

- Last date for online application form: 2 March 2020
- Last date of fee submission: 5 March 2020 (till 3:30 PM)

How to fill CTET Application Form 2020?
Step 1: Click on the CTET Online Form link to get redirected to the official website of CTET (www.ctet.nic.in) to fill out the Online Application Form for CTET 2020 July Exam.
Step 2: If your are new user, Click on “New Registration” button to register yourself. Otherwise, fill your required details and click on “SIGN IN” button.
Step 3: Fill all the required credentials: Candidate Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, DOB etc.
Step 4: Now choose the Exam Centre and the medium of instruction for CTET 2020 exam in which you want to attempt the paper (English/Hindi).
Step 5: Enter your aadhar card number/PAN, chose your gender, category and finally select the status of Employment and also fill the status of the Qualifying Exam.
Step 6: Now fill in your Educational Details: the most recent qualification you hold, your percentage marks etc.
Step 7: Fill your communication address, phone number and email ID.
Step 8: Upload your photo and signature. Both the images must be jpg, png, or jpeg format and must have a white background.
Step 9: After that, you will be directed to the payment page. The payment can be made for CTET 2020 Exam through Credit Card/Debit Card/E-Challan.
Step 10: Click on the SUBMIT button. Your CTET 2020 Application Form will be successfully submitted.
Note:
- Size of the photo image must be greater than 10 kb and less than 100 kb.
- Size of the signature image must be greater than 3 kb and less than 30 kb.
- Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm(width) * 4.5 cm(Height) only.
- Image Dimension of signature should be 3.5 cm(length) * 1.5 cm(Height) only.

CTET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: (Primary Stage):
Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.
OR
Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Note:
- Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled.

Q. What are the number of attempts a candidate can avail for CTET?
Ans. Till now there is no limit on the number of attempts for appearing in CTET.
Q. What is the validity period of CTET certificate?
Ans. As per existing guidelines framed by NCTE, the validity period is 7 years.
Q. Is there any provision for Rechecking/Re-evaluation of the OMR Answer sheet?
Ans. The machine – gradable Answer Sheets are evaluated with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinized. No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of OMR Answer Sheets will be entertained. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
- Paper I: based on the topics prescribed in syllabus of the NCERT for classes I – V
- Difficulty level: up to the Secondary stage.
- Paper II: based on the topics prescribed in syllabus of the NCERT for classes VI-VII.
- Difficulty level : up to the Senior Secondary stage.
