CTET 2020 Exam Center: Central Teacher Eligibility Test is a national level teaching qualifying exam held twice in the year.  CBSE was earlier trying to make some changes in the list of CTET 2020 exam centers. The board was making a test center in almost every district of each state in order to ensure that no candidate had to travel to another city or go any far to take exam. The move was being taken by CBSE to ensure that all necessary precautions to be taken for the COVID-19 pandemic.CBSE has also avail the One time chance to candidates for online corrections in their options of city between 17.11.2020 to 26.11.2020 [Extended] upto 11.59 pm only. Earlier, the application correction window for candidates closed on November 16.

As of now, the CTET Exam to be conducted in 2 shifts in 112 cities of India where lakhs of candidates will going to appear in the exam.To maintain the social distancing & safety measure, The CTET exam will be now conducted in 135 cities across the country.  In this article, we are sharing the list of exam centers released by CBSE in the notification with their codes.

• The tests will be held in two shifts in 135 cities.
• The CTET exam process is fair, open and transparent.
• Candidates are not allowed to enter in the examination center after the commencement of the examination as per time schedule given in Admit Card.

CTET Exam Scheduled:

The CTET New Exam Date 2020 is 31st January 2021. CTET 2020 Exam Pattern comprises of 2 papers – Paper-I for Classes I to V (Primary Stage) and Paper-II for Classes VI to VIII (Elementary Stage). There are two papers for CTET i.e.  Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Paper Description
Paper I For classes 1st to 5th  scheduled at 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Paper II For classes 6th to 8th scheduled at 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Language of the Question Paper:
Language for the question paper for the CTET Exam is bilingual (two languages). Each question is given in two languages.

How To Change The CTET Exam Centre 2020

  • Candidates are required to select any 3 exam centers of CTET 2020 while filling the CTET application form.
  • Once the candidate makes their preference, they will not be able to change their CTET exam center
  • Candidates must note that one exam city may have multiple exam centres.
  • CBSE reserves the right to change or allot any other CTET 2020 exam centers than the one chosen by the candidate.
  • The exact address of the CTET exam centers 2020 will be mentioned on the CTET admit card 2020.
  • CBSE has also avail  the One time chance to candidates for online corrections in their options of city between 07.11.2020 to 16.11.2020 upto 11.59 pm only.

• The candidates may select four different options for the Examination center in order of their preference.
• The choice of Examination center city shall not be the same.
• The candidate who opted the city as 1st choice may be allotted Examination centers in other city opted as 2 or 3 or 4 choice or any other city in some circumstances.
• The Center once allotted shall not be changed under any circumstances.

CTET Examination Day Instructions 2020:

• The candidates shall report at the examination center 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
• Candidate report at the examination center after 9.30 am shall not be allowed to sit in paper I and candidate report after 2:00 pm shall not be allowed to sit in Paper II.
• The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
